Rental Info

We do not have strict rules on drop off and pick up. We work with each customer individually to ensure that they receive their rented bouncer or slide when needed. There are times we will ask if a night before drop off is ok, as well as the day after, for pick up. This of course is no charge and flexibility is greatly appreciated. Bad weather could lead to an early pick up but this is rare and will be communicated well ahead of time to you. 

  • Adult supervision is required at all times when bouncer or slide is in use
  • Absolutely no sharp objects on or around bouncer or slide
  • No shoes on bouncer or slide
  • No animals allowed on bouncer or slide
  • No gum, candy, food or drinks allowed on bouncer or slides
  • No pushing, shoving, fighting, wrestling or any manner that could cause injury or distress
  • Adhere to bouncer weight limit (provided at drop off)
  • Do not overcrowd bouncer and adhere to persons limit (provided at drop off)
  • In case of rain/snow/storm, rental may be cut short
  • Blower must be pulled in or covered before rain/snow/storm
  • No smoking on or around bouncer or slide
  • No BBQ, fireworks, open fires on or around bouncer or slides
  • No climbing, hanging, sitting on walls or nets of bouncer or slide
  • No one is allowed in or on bouncer when deflated or during inflation/deflation
  • Turn off water prior to deflation. Failure to do this could result in $100 cleaning fee
  • No markers, face paint, silly string, glitter or anything that could damage the bouncer or slide can be used on or around bouncer or slide
  • Marking or damaging bouncer or slide could result in a minimum of $100 cleaning fee

We offer 50% off additional days! This will automatically be applied at checkout.  In order for a multi-day or overnight rental, the bouncer or slide must be in a secure location. Be sure to turn blower off at night and cover. Please do not leave on all night. If light rain or snow happens during the day, please keep bouncer blown up. This will keep the bouncer from collecting too much water.

Payments:

We accept all major credit & debit cards, cash or Venmo. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

Deposits:

We ask for 20% deposit at time of booking. This is refundable if  inclement weather happens on day of rental, or if canceled at least 7 days before rental start date. Refunds take 3-5 days to show in account. Weather cancellation is determined by 5280 Bouncers.

We offer a full refund if weather comes in unexpectedly. When weather is too bad on day of rental, or unsafe, we will reach out to you. Either you can reschedule or we will refund full amount back to you! Weather cancellation will be determined by 5280 Bouncers. 

We offer free delivery when drop off location is within 20 miles of our business location in Castle Rock. For drop offs that are outside of our 20 mile radius, we charge $6 a mile after the first 20 miles, for both drop off and pick up. This fee will be added after reservation is made and will be communicated to customer before drop off. 

We start drop offs at 7:30 am. We do our best to accommodate all preferred drop off times. This, however, is not always possible. To help with this, we at times offer drop off the night before, at no charge. Your official drop off window will be communicated to you via text or call 1-2 days before rental start date. Payment is due before setup begins. Once bouncer or slide is set up, it MUST not be moved by anyone other than 5280 Bouncers.

Similar to drop off,  we do our best to pick up at the requested time. We will communicate exact details 1-2 days before rental begins. Bouncer must be set up in a secure location if rental will be overnight.

Due to our insurance requirements, if a generator is needed for your event, it must be a 5280 Bouncer generator. Generator rental includes gas needed for one day rental.
